thanksgiving muffins
I was participating in a sort of online chopped challenge with friends. Our ingredients for the month of November were turkey or chicken, cranberries or pomegranates, and heavy cream. My family really enjoyed this creation. I feel that this is a versatile recipe that could have either turkey or chicken. You could use your holiday meal leftovers or just a quick box of Stove Top stuffing.
