This is the cheepest thing that is made with leftover fried chicken. You can use raw chicken but it is faster with any leftover fried chicken you have. I made this one day when the cubbard was bare. It was delicious. The kids loved it!

Ingredients

  • 4 pc - fried chicken de-boned
  • 1/2 bottle terriaki sauce
  • 1 sm package vermicelli, uncooked noodle
  • 1/2 package mild cheese
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter

How To Make terriaki chicken noodles and cheese

  • Step 1
De-bone chicken as much as you have but if you don't have much, the noodles and sauce make up for flavor. At least 4 peices hopefully a breast and thighs. I try not to put much skin in but a little adds flavor.
  • Step 2
Put everything together and cook pasta in the terriaki sauce . Add more if you like stronger flavor. I have used almost the whole bottle but not usually. Add 1/2 cup water. Add tbs of butter to keep noodles slick and not sticky. If you don't have butter ( who doesn't) use olive oil or veg oil.
  • Step 3
Cook for about 30 minutes until noodles are tender. No salt needed. When you have finished stirring, take the cheese and cover the top of noodles. Pepper the top for color and cover until cheese melts. It takes no time. EAT!
