I have a special fondness for casseroles using weiners, as both mom and grandma used them aplenty for economical reasons. To very tasty results, by the way! I saw this recipe on another internet site. Grandma made something very similar to this, so I couldn't resist posting. Tasty! The internet site where I obtained this recipe (allfree casseroles?) used 'Simply Potatoes' - a pre-cooked potato, I think. I have never used these - grandma used regular potatoes sliced thin, and they worked out. Photo by Simple Potatoes brand. Only 5 ingredients!
