  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 3 cups potatoes, mashed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese,shredded
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup white part of scallions
  • 1 /2 pint sour cream
  • 1 - pie crust baked

How To Make taco pie

  • So easy but really good!
    Step 1
    FRY GROUND BEEF ADD TACO SEASONING ACCORDING TO PACKAGE ,DRAIN WELL .
  • Step 2
    ADD SALT AND PEPPER ,GARILC POWDER TO MASHED POTATOES .
  • Step 3
    SPREAD BEEF INTO PIE CRUST, SPRINKLE MONTEREY JACK CHEESE EVENLY OVER BEEF.
  • Step 4
    SPREAD MASHED POTATOES OVER THEN SPRINKLE THE CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE EVENLY OVER POTATOES.
  • Step 5
    BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED AND BUBBLEY. LET STAND ABOUT 10 MINUTES SERVE WITH SCALLIONS AND SOUR CREAM
