Ingredients
- 1 - 9" pie crust
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 3 - eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup diced ham
How To Make swiss cheese and ham pie, mom

Step 1Melt butter, blend in flour and seasonings. Blend milk in stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened. Add cheese. When melted, cool slightly, stir some hot into eggs, then eggs into sauce. Add ham. Pour into pie crust and bake at 300 degrees 40 min or until set.
