sweat's competition pork rub
(1 RATING)
This recipe won a People's Choice Awared in McClenny, FL. It is good to shake on the pork before cooking, and AFTER the pork has cooked because it's both spicy & sweet.

How To Make sweat's competition pork rub
-
Step 1This rub is very spicy and I wouldn't recommend using it on ribs or chicken unless you really like the heat. When cooking pork for 8 to 10+ hours, the spicy heat is reduced and just more of the flavors of the pepper remain.
