Ingredients
- 8 ounces sushi grade tuna steaks, cut into cubes
- 1 large cucumber, cut into pieces
- 1 cup carrot matchsticks
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted
- 4 sheets seaweed toasted snacks
- 1/2 cup favorite Teriyaki sauce
- black and white sesame seeds
How To Make super easy tuna poke

Step 1Place all ingredients in a bowl except hazelnuts and seaweed snacks. Pour the Teriyaki sauce over top and mix well. Let it sit refrigerated for 30 minutes.

Step 2Stir in the nuts and sprinkle black and white sesame seeds over. Place the snack sheets to the side.
