- 1 package smoked sausage, kiebasa
- 1 - medium yellow squash
- 1 - medium zucchini
- 2 - medium tomatoes
- 1 - medium sweet onion
- 1/4 cup italian salad dressing

Step 1prep all the ingredients; Thinly slice the smoked sausage. Halve and thinly slice the squash and zucchini. Dice the tomatoes. Thinly slice the onion.

Step 2Put everything in a 10in-12in skillet and mix in italian dressing (You can omit the dressing if you don't like it). Cook until meat is heated through and veggies are done to your liking.
