subgum fried rice
I love fried rice, especially when it has a lot of good stuff in it! This is one of my favorite fried rice recipes. It came from the cookbook that came with the electric wok my parents bought back in the early 1980's.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 1/4 cup frozen english peas
- 1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup salad shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup finely diced ham
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 cups cold, cooked rice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
How To Make subgum fried rice

Step 1Heat oil in uncovered wok at 325 degrees. Add onion; stir-fry 30 seconds.

Step 2Add next 3 ingredients; stir-fry 1 minute. Push to one side of wok; add eggs; ; scramble; cut apart with spatula; mix with other ingredients.

Step 3Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry to mix and heat through, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
