A friend was making a stuffed pepper casserole in her crockpot, but I didn't want to use a crockpot, so I just put together what I thought would be good. And it turned out really really. Even got the seal of approval from my picky husband
1Brown hamburger, onion, garlic. Of course, use Salt & Pepper. Drain hamburger mix. Add tomatoes, juice, broth, seasoning, bell peppers and rice.Cook at 375 about 45 minutes until rice is done and absorbed. You could also put some shredded cheese in it and also on top too.
