stuffed hashbrown bake

I love stuffed baked potatoes, but when I went to my pantry tonight I didn't have any baking potatoes. So I created this bake with frozen hashbrowns and used everything in it that I would of used on my potato. The family ate the whole thing!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hashbrowns (keep frozen)
  • 3 - boneless chicken breast (already cooked and cut in chunks)
  • 1 package bacon (cooked and broken in bite size pieces)
  • 2 cups cheese, shredded (i used colby jack)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup half and half
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make stuffed hashbrown bake

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together and place in 13 x 9 inch pan (sprayed). Top with additional cheese and cover with foil.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 min., remove foil and bake for 15 more min.
