Wanted to do a pumpkin stuffed french toast but when it came to pumpkin the cubbard was bare not one to be detered went to plan B.Turned out well.

Ingredients

4 slices italian bread
3 ounces softed cream cheese
1/3 cup pumpkin pie spice chips
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
I/4 cup milk

How To Make stuffed french toast pumpkin surprise

Step 1

Filling Mix the pecans, chips, and the soften Cream cheese together.

Step 2

Put 1/2 one on slice of bread top with another slice repeat with last 2slices of bread.
Step 3

Batter Mix eggs add milk and mix together
Step 4

Spray pan Dip bread into better put in pan and brown.
Step 5

Topping Mix together the powdered sugar, vanilla, maple syrup, and milk till smooth
Step 6

Plate when toast is brown on both sides top with maple topping.
