Ingredients
- 5-6 - cabbage leaves
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 small green pepper, diced
- 1/4 small red pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/4 small onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons rice, uncooked
- 1 can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1/4 cup white wine
- - salt and pepper
How To Make stuffed cabbage rolls with fire roasted tomatoes

Step 1Start by boiling the cabbage leaves about 10 mins, just to make pliable.

Step 2in a bowl combine all ingredients, except tomatoes & wine

Step 3Place the tomatoes as well as the white wine in a oven safe dish

Step 4fill each cabbage leaf, equally with the meat mixture, and fold up, then tuck in sides and roll, place seam down in dish.

Step 5cover with foil paper and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr.
