Ingredients

  • 6 medium
    banana peppers or anaheim peppers
  • 2 lb
    hamburger
  • 4 large
    eggs as many as you want to combine the mixture
  • 2 bag(s)
    white rice un cooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    crushed red pepper to taste depends on how hot you want it
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced onion as much as you want
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese more or less on how much cheese you want

How to Make stuffed anaheim peppers

Step-by-Step

  1. mix all ingredients together
  2. wash peppers then split peppers on top only down the middle so you can spread it apart and clean out seeds
  3. add Hamburger mixture pack the pepper full as much as you can
  4. wrap each one individually in tinfoil
  5. bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr and 30 mins
