Slow Cooker Crock Pot

1 1/2 lb
ground beef lean
2` stick
celery chopped
1 small
onion chopped
1 pkg
success rice
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp
cayenne pepper just to give a little extra zip
4 or 5
green or red bell peppers
1 1/2 jar(s)
tuttorso tomato sauce with basil
15 oz can of diced tomatoes
1/2 c
plain bread crumb

How to Make Stuff Peppers


  • 1cook rice first and let cool in cold water then drain
  • 2Clean peppers and place in your crock pot or 5 or 6 qt dutch oven
  • 3Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped celery, onion, salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, eggs and rice and mix well.
  • 4put mixture in each pepper pour your sauce and tomatoes over peppers and cook on low for 6 hours in the crock pot or 3 to 4 hours in your dutch oven on low simmer ENJOY!
  • 5I serve these with Mash Potatoes and a salad
