Slow Cooker Crock Pot


  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef lean
  • 2` stick
    celery chopped
  • 1 small
    onion chopped
  • 3
  • 1 pkg
    success rice
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper just to give a little extra zip
  • 4 or 5
    green or red bell peppers
  • 1 1/2 jar(s)
    tuttorso tomato sauce with basil
  • 1
    15 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 c
    plain bread crumb

How to Make Stuff Peppers


  1. cook rice first and let cool in cold water then drain
  2. Clean peppers and place in your crock pot or 5 or 6 qt dutch oven
  3. Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped celery, onion, salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, eggs and rice and mix well.
  4. put mixture in each pepper pour your sauce and tomatoes over peppers and cook on low for 6 hours in the crock pot or 3 to 4 hours in your dutch oven on low simmer ENJOY!
  5. I serve these with Mash Potatoes and a salad
