Ingredients For strawberry pasta

1 ptfresh strawberries
-
1/2 lbspaghetti
-
1/4 cgrated pecorino or parmesan cheese
-
2 Tbspbutter
-
1/4 cheavy cream
-
mint sprigs for garnish
How To Make strawberry pasta

1Puree the strawberries in a blender. Strain to remove the seeds.

2Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and toss with cheese.

3Heat butter and cream in a small saucepan.

4Move pasta to serving bowl, cover with strawberries and then the butter sauce. Toss well. Garnish with mint.
