Not your typical red sauce! But a favorite of mine in the summer. Enjoy.

    fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 lb
  • 1/4 c
    grated pecorino or parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    heavy cream
  • ·
    mint sprigs for garnish

How to Make Strawberry Pasta


  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender. Strain to remove the seeds.
  2. Cook Spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and toss with cheese.
  3. Heat butter and cream in a small saucepan.
  4. Move pasta to serving bowl, cover with strawberries and then the butter sauce. Toss well. Garnish with mint.
