    soya sauce

    cokking oil

    butter beans
  • 2 Tbsp
    blue mountain oxtail seasoning (salt to taste

How to Make Stewed Oxtails


  1. Season oxtail with blue mountain oxtail seasoning,onion, tomato, scallion, thyme,garlic and soya sauce. Marinate 30 minutes or overnight for the best results. Heat oil in a large pot. Saute for 5 minutes. Cover oxtail with water and cook until tender. Add butter beans. Service with rice
