Step 1Season oxtail with blue mountain oxtail seasoning,onion, tomato, scallion, thyme,garlic and soya sauce. Marinate 30 minutes or overnight for the best results. Heat oil in a large pot. Saute for 5 minutes. Cover oxtail with water and cook until tender. Add butter beans. Service with rice
