- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- BOWL
- 1 cup cooked drained and cooled cellophane noodles
- 1/4 head red cabbage, cored and chopped small
- 1 fresno chili, seeded and minced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced small
- 1/2 cucumber, cut into match sticks
- 1/2 cup roasted chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons basil, chopped, plus more for garnish
