1In a large frying pan, saute mushrooms in butter until cooked well and have shrunk in size. Add season all when the mushrooms are almost done.
NOTE: add a little water if they get too dried out before shrinking.
2Add spinach, sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Saute for about 2 min.
3Add mashed up sausage links and mix well.
4In a separate bowl combine grated Swiss cheese, eggs, McKays Imitation Chicken Seasoning & Broth, evaporated milk. Mix well.
5Combine sauteed ingredients to cheese mixture and mix well.
