Ingredients

4 Tbspbutter
-
2 pkgmushrooms (sliced)

1/2 tspseason all
-
2 pkg10 ounce frozen spinach (cooked & drained)

pinchof sea salt
-
4 tsponion powder
-
2 Tbspgarlic powder
-
2 pkgmorningstar veggie sausage links (mashed)

SAUTE THE ABOVE

6 cswiss cheese (grated)

6eggs. lightly beaten

4 Tbspmckays instant seasoning & broth (chicken style)

16 ozevaporated milk
-
4unbaked pie shells
How to Make Spinach Sausage Quiche (Vegetarian)
- In a large frying pan, saute mushrooms in butter until cooked well and have shrunk in size. Add season all when the mushrooms are almost done.
NOTE: add a little water if they get too dried out before shrinking. - Add spinach, sea salt, onion powder and garlic powder. Saute for about 2 min.
- Add mashed up sausage links and mix well.
- In a separate bowl combine grated Swiss cheese, eggs, McKays Imitation Chicken Seasoning & Broth, evaporated milk. Mix well.
- Combine sauteed ingredients to cheese mixture and mix well.
- Pour into 3 or 4 unbaked pie shells
- Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
