I threw this casserole together with what ever I had in the kitchen one time to bring out to the field. They cleaned out the casserole dish. I replicated the ingredients and measured amounts the next time I made it. Continues to be a hit. Originally I used deer sausage, but have used any variety of sausage you can buy at meat market.
