Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 3 tablespoons favorite stir-fry sauce, I used Kikkoman or you can make your own
- 2 tablespoons Gochujang
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- FOR THE DISH
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups green cabbage, sliced
- 4 scallions, chopped
- cooked rice and more Gochujang for serving
How To Make spicy beef and cabbage stir fry

Step 1Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Add oil to a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened.

Step 2Add the beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Add the cabbage and scallions and cook until the cabbage starts to wilt.

Step 3Stir in the sauce and cook 3 more minutes.

Step 4Serve over rice and garnish with more Gochujang if desired.
