Ingredients For spicy beef and cabbage stir fry

  • SAUCE
  • 3 Tbsp
    favorite stir-fry sauce, I used Kikkoman or you can make your own
  • 2 Tbsp
    Gochujang
  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    dark soy sauce
  • FOR THE DISH
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 3 c
    green cabbage, sliced
  • 4
    scallions, chopped
  • cooked rice and more Gochujang for serving

How To Make spicy beef and cabbage stir fry

    Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside. Add oil to a large saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until the onion is softened.

    Add the beef and cook until the beef is no longer pink. Add the cabbage and scallions and cook until the cabbage starts to wilt.

    Stir in the sauce and cook 3 more minutes.

    Serve over rice and garnish with more Gochujang if desired.
