- 1 - potato, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 - onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 - green pepper, sliced thin
- 1/2 - red pepper, sliced thin
- 2 - olive oil
- 6 - eggs, beaten
- - salt/pepper
How To Make spanish chorizo & potato frittata

Step 1In a skillet, place the olive oil and potatoes, on low about 5 mins.

Step 2add in the onions, peppers and chorizo toss gently with the potatoes and saute another 5 mins.

Step 3meanwhile, preheat oven to 325.

Step 4add in the beaten eggs, salt & pepper.

Step 5bake for a.bout 20 mins, until eggs are set and cooked through
