How to Make Spanish Chorizo & Potato Frittata


  1. In a skillet, place the olive oil and potatoes, on low about 5 mins.
  2. add in the onions, peppers and chorizo toss gently with the potatoes and saute another 5 mins.
  3. meanwhile, preheat oven to 325.
  4. add in the beaten eggs, salt & pepper.
  5. bake for a.bout 20 mins, until eggs are set and cooked through
