Ingredients

  • 2 c
    potatoes,cooked & diced
  • 1 c
    carrots diced
  • 1 c
    peas
  • 1 can(s)
    spam, cubed
  • 1/8 c
    greenbell pepper chopped
  • 1/8 c
    onion chopped
  • WHITE SAUCE

  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 4 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1-4 oz
    cream cheese

How to Make Spam Luncheon Dish

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix vegetables & spam place in greased 2qt. baking dish.In a skillet melt butter over low heat add flour to butter cook 1 minute.Slowly add milk stirring bring to a boil for 1 minute.Remove from heat add cubed cream cheese stirring until melted
  2. Pour white sauce over vegetable mixture bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered
