Ingredients

1 can spam
1 box 8 1/2 oz. size cornbread mix
1 can 8 oz. whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make spam and cornbread casserole

Step 1

Cut Spam into 8 slices, then the slices into 16 triangles.

Step 2

Arrange 8 triangles spoke fashion into the bottom of a greased 9 inch round cake pan.
Step 3

Prepare muffin mix as directed on package, stir in the corn and cheese. pour on top of Spam wedges. Arrange the remaining 8 triangles on top of the batter, also in a spoke wheel fashion.
Step 4

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400* until cornbread is golden brown. Serve in wedges with warm syrup.. Enjoy!
