Cook and drain sausage, making sure it is crumbled well. While sausage is cooking finely chop cabbage and put in large bowl. Open and pour can tomatoes over the cabbage, Add Egg Beaters, chopped onion, Splenda, salt and pepper, Mrs. Dash and toss together.
When sausage is done, drain and pour over cabbage mixture. Toss together and pour into a 9 x 13 glass casserole dish that you've sprayed with Pam.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 min.
When done you can sprinkle 1/2 cup light cheddar cheese over it if you like. Although this will add about 200 calories to entire dish.
