1head green cabbage

1 cantomato sauce (15 oz.)

1 smonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced

1/3 clong grain rice uncooked

2 TbspAncho chili powder

1 lbground beef
How To Make slow cooker meatball cabbage rolls

1Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Place the cabbage head in the boiling water for about 3 minutes until the outer leaves begin to easily come off.

2Pull off about 14 to 16 leaves. Remove the thick vein from the cabbage leaves. set aside.

3Place 1/2 of the tomato sauce in a bowl. Add the onion, rice, chili powder, and some salt and pepper.

4Place the ground beef on top and mix it in with your hands and roll into balls.

5Place one ball of meat on top of each of the cabbage leaves.

6Enclose the leaves around the meatballs. Lay in a slow cooker. Can stack them.

7Pour the remaining tomato sauce over the top and cook for 8 hours.
