I adapted this recipe from Southern Living. I serve it with Zatarain's Yellow Rice, fixed according to package directions. It's been a big hit!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 - green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (15 oz) cans chili beans with sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 2/3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning
- 3 tablespoons sweet pepper sauce

Step 1Cook sausage in skillet over medium-high heat until browned.

Step 2Place all ingredients in Crock Pot. Stir in sausage.

Step 3Cook on low for about 4 hours. Serve with Rice.
