This is a great recipe. I kinda cheat some and used mashed potato flakes. I got the recipe from a dear friend of mine amanda :)

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 3 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups frozen peas, thawed
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make skillet shepherd's pie

Step 1In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink, drain. Stir in corn, peas, ketchup, worcestershire sauce and garlic. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 mins.

Step 2Meanwhile, in a small bowl, dissolve bouillion cube in water. combine flour in sour cream till smooth, add to bouillion. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Spread the mashed potatoeson top, sprinkle with cheese. cover and cook till potatoes are heated through and cheese is melted.
