Ingredients
- 6 ounces rice sticks
- 2 - boneless skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper seeded and diced
- 1/2 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup cilantro leaves
- SAUCE
- 2 tablespoons each oyster sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, and dark brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How To Make singapore noodles

Step 1Soak the rice sticks in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.

Step 2Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.

Step 3Place oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper and stir fry until softened. Add the chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and rice sticks. Cook 1 minute. Push the noodles to the side and add the eggs and let them set up then stir them into the noodles.

Step 4Add the sauce and cook until bubbly and well combined with the noodles. Serve sprinkled with cilantro
