Singapore Noodles
Ingredients

6 ozrice sticks

2boneless skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips

2 Tbspcanola oil

4 clovegarlic minced

1 mediumonion chopped

1 mediumred bell pepper seeded and diced

1/2 lblarge shrimp peeled and deveined

2 largeeggs lightly beaten

1/2 ccilantro leaves

SAUCE
-
2 Tbspeach oyster sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, and dark brown sugar

1 cwater
-
1 Tbspcornstarch
How to Make Singapore Noodles
- Soak the rice sticks in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.
- Place oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper and stir fry until softened. Add the chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and rice sticks. Cook 1 minute. Push the noodles to the side and add the eggs and let them set up then stir them into the noodles.
- Add the sauce and cook until bubbly and well combined with the noodles.
Serve sprinkled with cilantro
