6 oz
rice sticks
boneless skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips
2 Tbsp
canola oil
4 clove
garlic minced
1 medium
onion chopped
1 medium
red bell pepper seeded and diced
1/2 lb
large shrimp peeled and deveined
2 large
eggs lightly beaten
1/2 c
cilantro leaves


2 Tbsp
each oyster sauce, soy sauce, curry powder, and dark brown sugar
1 c
1 Tbsp

How to Make Singapore Noodles


  • 1Soak the rice sticks in hot water for 30 minutes. Drain.
  • 2Meanwhile mix all the ingredients for the sauce together and set aside.
  • 3Place oil in a large skillet. Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper and stir fry until softened. Add the chicken and cook 2 minutes. Add the shrimp and rice sticks. Cook 1 minute. Push the noodles to the side and add the eggs and let them set up then stir them into the noodles.
  • 4Add the sauce and cook until bubbly and well combined with the noodles.
    Serve sprinkled with cilantro
