- 1 kilogram charlotte potatoes
- 2 tablespoons tbsp olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 100 milliliters lighter sour cream
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ juiced lemon
- 5 grams chives

Step 1Preheat the oven to gas 7, 420 °F, fan 390 °F.

Step 2Using a small knife or a sharp part of a vegetable peeler, carefully carve faces into the potatoes, ⅖ inch eyes, noses and mouths.

Step 3On a baking tray, toss the potatoes with oil to coat.

Step 4Place potatoes, faces turning upwards and roast in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until golden and crispy.

Step 5Combine mashed avocado, sour cream and garlic together.
