This is a quick, easy and pretty dish. You don't even need to add any seasoning -- it's all in the rice package. You can add more shrimp or rice depending on your taste.

Ingredients
- - bunch of green onions
- - 1 lb. raw peeled shrimp
- - 1 small package of mahatma yellow rice
- - butter
How To Make shrimp & yellow rice

Step 1Peel shrimp and set aside.

Step 2Chop onions, [ I just chop them down to the white ] saute' down in butter.

Step 3Add shrimp to onions

Step 4When shrimp are cooked, follow directions on rice package. I add a little less water than called for. All you do is pour water in over shrimp & onions. Rice will not be fluffy.
