Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup diced pimentos
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup white wine
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make shrimp toulouse

Step 1Melt butter add green peppers, green onions, celery, pimento, mushrooms and shrimp. Let simmer for 15 minutes, add wine, salt and pepper to taste and simmer 5 minutes. Add parsley and serve on toast or patty shells. Makes 6-8 servings.
