Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced
- 10 3/4 ounces can of condensed cream of potato soup
- 3/4 cup half and half cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
- 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
- 2 cups of either cooked white rice or cooked angel hair pasta
How To Make shrimp thermidor

Step 1Sauté onion and peppers in butter over medium heat until tender. Stir in soup and half and half and heat slowly, stirring constantly, to a boil. Stir in cheese, lemon juice, spices and shrimp. Heat through. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
