Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons green bell pepper, diced
  • 10 3/4 ounces can of condensed cream of potato soup
  • 3/4 cup half and half cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
  • 2 cups of either cooked white rice or cooked angel hair pasta

How To Make shrimp thermidor

  • Step 1
    Sauté onion and peppers in butter over medium heat until tender. Stir in soup and half and half and heat slowly, stirring constantly, to a boil. Stir in cheese, lemon juice, spices and shrimp. Heat through. Serve hot over rice or pasta.
