Ingredients
- 4 small servings of shrimp scampi
- 1 package cooked aldenti vegetable linquini
- 2 tablespoons evoo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tablespoons flour to thicken cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 package frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 stick celery and carrot
How To Make shrimp scampi linguni in cream sauce

Step 1Prep food processed carrots and celery Hand mince garlic clove. Defrost Artichoke hearts.

Step 2Mix flour in cold water to paste, mix into cream in a small sauce pan on low heat until thickened. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and gently stir consistently.

Step 3Cook linguini slightly firm/aldenti, drain and put aside tossed in EVOO, while making cream sauce.

Step 4Add minced garlic,carrot,celery, optional/artichoke hearts.

Step 5Heat prepared or store bought shrimp scampi and place on top of individual plates of linguini, pour equal amounts of white sauce over each serving. Garnish with Paprika. Serve hot.
