Ingredients
- 1 pound frozen shrimp
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup frozen seasoning mix (picsweet)
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
How To Make shrimp rotel

Step 1In large skillet, saute seasoning mix and garlic in 1 stick margarine.

Step 2Add rotel and mushroom soup.

Step 3Add rice and shrimp. Heat and mix well.

Step 4Pour mixture into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir halfway through.
