Ingredients

  • 1 pound frozen shrimp
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup frozen seasoning mix (picsweet)
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

How To Make shrimp rotel

  • Step 1
    In large skillet, saute seasoning mix and garlic in 1 stick margarine.
  • Step 2
    Add rotel and mushroom soup.
  • Step 3
    Add rice and shrimp. Heat and mix well.
  • Step 4
    Pour mixture into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir halfway through.
