  • 1 lb
    frozen shrimp
  • 1 stick
  • 1 c
    frozen seasoning mix (picsweet)
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    rice, uncooked
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced

How to Make Shrimp Rotel


  1. In large skillet, saute seasoning mix and garlic in 1 stick margarine.
  2. Add rotel and mushroom soup.
  3. Add rice and shrimp. Heat and mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into 9x13-inch casserole dish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir halfway through.
