This is a very old family recipe handed down from my Mom. My family loves it. I serve it with a salad on the side.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons bacon drippings or shortening
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2/3 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 pounds raw or frozen shrimp chopped fine or ground
- 1 - 101/2 oz. can of cream of mushroom
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 3 - drops tabasco sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon worchestshire sauce
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- - pastry for 2 crust pie
How To Make shrimp pie

Step 1Saute onion,green pepper, and celery in hot fat until soft but not brown.

Step 2Add shrimp; stir and simmer 5 min.

Step 3Add mushroom soup,flour and seasonings; simmer about 10 min.

Step 4Remove from heat add parsley.

Step 5Line small muffin pan with pastry.

Step 6Fill with shrimp mixture and cover with top crust.

Step 7Make cuts in topfor steam to escape.

Step 8Bake in hot (400 degree) oven 20 to 30 minutes or until top crust is golden brown.
