My mother used to cook this when the weather would turn cold... I like it anytime! Will always think of mom when I make this... Dad was a shrimper so shrimp were always available back then... :)

Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces sour cream
- 1-2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1-2 cup chicken broth (for desired thickness)
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1-2 clove garlic diced
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- 1 stick butter
- 1-2 teaspoon cajun seasoning (to taste)
How To Make shrimp orlean

Step 1in large skillet, add butter, celery, garlic, green onion,and yellow onion, saute until yellow onions are translucent. Add shrimp and cook until turning pink.

Step 3Add cream of mushroom soup, stir Add sour cream, stir Add ketchup, stir Add cajun seasoning, stir Slowly add chicken broth till desired thickness reached. Simmer on low for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta... or eat alone....
