Ingredients
- 1 - lobster tail
- 2 pounds easy peel shrimp
- 1/2 - onion, diced
- 1/4 - red pepper, diced
- 1/4 - green pepper, diced
- 3 - garlic cloves diced
- 2 - bay leaves
- 2 cans tomatoe sauce
- 1 can large can of fire roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomatoe paste
- 1 sprig flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 sprig cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- - salt/pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup white wine
How To Make shrimp & lobster spicy stew

Step 1peel shrimp & cut lobster into chunks..set aside

Step 2in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, saute onions, peppers for a few minutes...add the garlic, parsley, cilantro, bay leaves.

Step 3add all the tomatoe ingredients, white wine & salt/pepper to taste

Step 4simmer for 15 mins...add lobster & shrimp simmer 5 mins... and turn off. add crushed red pepper flakes

Step 5I served with Jasmine rice & fried boniato....serve as you like.
