Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 2 cups cooked shrimp
How To Make shrimp creole

Step 1Saute onion and celery in oil and vinegar. Add flour, chili powder, salt, and sugar. Add tomatoes. Cook until onion and celery are tender. Add shrimp and simmer over low heat until flavors mix well. May be served over rice.
