Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound fresh shrimp
- 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can french onion soup
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1-1/2 cup uncooked white rice
- 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/3 cup chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- - cajun seasonings to taste
- 1-1/2 cup grated chedder and monterey jack cheese
