Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 pound fresh shrimp
  • 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can french onion soup
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1-1/2 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • - cajun seasonings to taste
  • 1-1/2 cup grated chedder and monterey jack cheese

How To Make shrimp & crab casserole

  • Step 1
