  • 1 large
  • 1 medium
    bell pepper
  • 3-4 stick
  • 2 bunch
    green onions
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 3 stick
  • 1 pkg
    good season's italian seasoning
  • 2 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes w/green chilies
  • 16 oz
    tomato sauce
  • 3 lb
    chopped frozen or fresh shrimp
  • 1 pkg
    preferred pasta

How to Make Shrimp and Pasta


  1. saute chopped onions, bell pepper, celery and 1 bunch of green onions in the butter and olive oil until softened
  2. add Italian seasoning , rotel tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer for about 15 minutes
  3. add chopped shrimp and simmer 30-45 minutes. {If using pre-cooked shrimp, simmering time can be reduced by about 15 minutes.}
    while simmering, prepare pasta. When done simmering, mix sauce and pasta in large bowl. Just before serving add the 2nd bunch of chopped green onions.
