Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 packages imitation crabmeat or 1 cup of lump
- 1 can shrimp or 1 cup of chopped cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- - salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package ritz crackers
- 1/2 teaspoon butter, melted
How To Make shrimp and crab casserole

Step 1Mix all the ingredients together except the crackers and butter. Pour into a 13x9 pan. Crumble the Ritz crackers,melted butter and add put on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
