How to Make sheris crab cakes
- mix the crabmeat and the ingredients at the top,then refrigerate for about an hour.make a cake of it,kinda thick,then,take the cake,and put into the bread crumbs for the breading,then heat your oil and butter in a skillet,and when its hot,fry the crabcake,when browned on one side,flip to the other side,can serve with an aoili sauce or tartar sauce,or just eat as is.can freeze these also.
