Ingredients
- 1 pound crabmeat, fresh
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- tabasco - dash
- salt - pinch
- pepper - pinch
- 1 cup fresh white bread crumbs
- BREADING
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
- THE OIL TO FRY IN
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup oil
How To Make sheris crab cakes

Step 1mix the crabmeat and the ingredients at the top,then refrigerate for about an hour.make a cake of it,kinda thick,then,take the cake,and put into the bread crumbs for the breading,then heat your oil and butter in a skillet,and when its hot,fry the crabcake,when browned on one side,flip to the other side,can serve with an aoili sauce or tartar sauce,or just eat as is.can freeze these also.
