This is really a “no recipe” recipe because it is incredibly flexible. You can add in whatever you want. You could add different meats, different veggies, or make it all veggies. Whatever you want. The biggest thing is to make sure that the firmer vegetables that will take longer to cook go on first. Meats and veggies that cook relatively quickly, you’ll want to put on last, such as mushrooms and shrimp.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potato
  • 8 ounces mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 pound meat
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning

How To Make sheet pan dinner

  • Step 1
You can use whatever veggies you like. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2
I put them in a zipper bag, then add a bit of oil such as olive oil, oil, or avocado oil, and whatever seasonings you like. Mix it around and pour it out onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  • Step 3
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Then stir around, and add in your softer veggies that may not take as long. Bake for another 20 to 30 minutes until everything is tender.
  • Step 4
When you add the meat is going to depend on what type of meat you use. If you are using raw beef, pork, or chicken, you will probably want to add that at the beginning. If you are using sausage along the lines of kielbasa or shrimp, you will want to add that at the end because they won’t take long to cook.
