my family loved this. there was none left over. the next time i will double it for them but i doubt there will be any left then either.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tiny shrimp
  • 2 cans crab meat
  • 1 jar alfredo sauce
  • 1 package crawfish tails
  • 4 sticks celery chopped
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1 stick salted butter
  • 1 package ready for oven lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tomatos with green chili's
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon tony's seasoning
  • 2-3 cups fiesta blend cheese

How To Make seafood lasagna

  • Step 1
    in mixing bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, alfredo sauce and 1 cup of cheese.
  • Step 2
    in skillet saute pureed tomatoes with chili's, onions, celery, seasonings with 1/2 stick butter add seasonings, then add crawfish, saute for approx 1 min. add shrimp and crab after draining them. add rest of butter. get the mixture hot to allow butter to melt. remove from heat.
  • Step 3
    layer in pan, thin layer of sauce mixture, 1 layer of noodles, spread seafood mixture then sauce, noodles, seafood sauce and so on till top is sauce then top with cheese. be sure to place a sheet pan under your lasagna pan as this tends to bubble up and sometimes overflow. cook 1 hr at 350 degrees. let cool for easier eating.
