SCALLOPS AND SHRIMP WITH CREAMY BACON CORN SAUCE
1 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined
3ears of corn ( shucked and milked )
2 largetomatos, chopped
1 smallbell pepper, chopped
4 slicebacon, chopped up
1 tspblackened seasoning
1 chalf and half
How to Make SCALLOPS AND SHRIMP WITH CREAMY BACON CORN SAUCE
- Brown Scallops in 1 tablespoon of Extra virgin olive oil for 2 minutes on each side. Remove and keep warm. Then cook chopped bacon until crisp.
- Add onion, pepper, tomatoes and corn saute for several minutes. Then add half and half and raw shrimp cook until pink, top with scallops and fresh chives and serve.
