    italian sausage
  • 1 c
    mild salsa
  • 1 can(s)
    14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 can(s)
    28oz red kidney beans

How to Make Sausage Chili


  1. Brown and cut up Italian Sausage into bite size pieces
  2. In a stock pot add all ingredients
  3. Bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer cover and cook for 45 minutes or until there is no more liquid
  4. Let cool for a few minutes with the lid off to allow the chili to thicken. Enjoy!
