- 1 cup mild salsa
- 1 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
- 1 can 28oz red kidney beans

Step 1Brown and cut up Italian Sausage into bite size pieces

Step 2In a stock pot add all ingredients

Step 3Bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer cover and cook for 45 minutes or until there is no more liquid

Step 4Let cool for a few minutes with the lid off to allow the chili to thicken. Enjoy!
