1 lb
italian sausage
1 c
mild salsa
1 can(s)
14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
1 c
water
1 c
long grain rice, uncooked
1 can(s)
28oz red kidney beans

How to Make Sausage Chili

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown and cut up Italian Sausage into bite size pieces
  • 2In a stock pot add all ingredients
  • 3Bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer cover and cook for 45 minutes or until there is no more liquid
  • 4Let cool for a few minutes with the lid off to allow the chili to thicken. Enjoy!
