Ingredients

  • 1 pound italian sausage
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 1 can 14.5 oz stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
  • 1 can 28oz red kidney beans

How To Make sausage chili

  • Step 1
    Brown and cut up Italian Sausage into bite size pieces
  • Step 2
    In a stock pot add all ingredients
  • Step 3
    Bring to a boil. Turn down to a simmer cover and cook for 45 minutes or until there is no more liquid
  • Step 4
    Let cool for a few minutes with the lid off to allow the chili to thicken. Enjoy!
