This meal tasted so good I had to share it. The taste of the peppers and sausage had the mushrooms for picky eaters.

Ingredients
- 1 package keilbasa sausage
- 1 -2 cup mushrooms
- 1 box penne
- 3 medium green bell peppers
- 1 - onions, yellow, medium
- 1 bottle pasta sauce
- 1-2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
How To Make sausage and peppers

Step 1Slice peppers and onions. Add 1-2 teaspoons of olive oil and sauteé onions and peppers until done.

Step 2Slice mushrooms and cut sausages. Add to onions and peppers. Simmer 5 - 10 minutes until done.

Step 3In a seperate pot, boil penne until al denté.

Step 4Strain excess water from pasta and add sausage pepper mix to pasta.

Step 5Heat up pasta sauce.

Step 6Serve pasta sauce over sausage and pasta.
