- onion chopped
- 2 clove
- garlic, minced

- cauliflower, chopped
- eggs, beaten

How to Make Sausage and Cauliflower Casserole
- 1In a large skillet over med-hi heat, cook sausage until done, 5-7 minutes. Remove sausage to bowl; drain all but 1 Tbl fat fro skillet.
- 2Add onion and garlic to skillet; cook 2 minutes. Add cauliflower; cook 2 more minutes.
- 3Remove to large bowl; add eggs, Parmesan cheese and sausage. Still to combine.
- 4Spoon into 9x13 baking dish; bake 1 hour or until brown at 350
